Her classroom success led to roles as an instructional coach, academic dean, regional specialist, and principal—each expanding her expertise in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and educator development.

Certified in Mathematics, ESL, Gifted and Talented Education, and Principal Leadership, Stephanie brings a broad instructional background and a deep understanding of effective teaching and learning. She is also Google and Canva Certified in Instructional Technology, using digital tools to design innovative, engaging, and accessible professional learning experiences. As a trained Essential Schools Framework Facilitator, she guides school and district teams in aligning instructional systems, data practices, and professional learning to drive sustainable improvement.
